WHAT IS INCLUDED, AND NOT INCLUDED, IN MY REIKI HEALING SESSION?

SCOPE OF PRACTICE

 

Within Scope of Practice: Practices listed below are considered within the scope of Reiki practice. Appropriate levels of training and experience in accordance with Educational Guidelines and Membership Criteria and Code of Conduct apply:

  • Relaxation

  • Meditation

  • Reiki principles

  • Reiki techniques (for style of Reiki being practiced)

  • Reiki symbols (for style of Reiki being practiced)

  • Attunements (coming soon)

  • Chakra balancing

  • Energy clearing

 

Outside Scope of Practice: These practices stated below as an example, of what is outside of scope of practice and are not included in Reiki practice. Modalities not related to Reiki will not be practiced during the same session and only permitted during a separate appointment and only at the client’s explicit consent.

  • Counselling

  • Diagnosing

  • Medical treatment

  • Hypnotherapy

  • Psychotherapy

  • Reflexology

  • Massage

  • Psychic reading

WHAT INFORMATION DO YOU NEED AND HOW LONG DOES EACH SESSION TAKE?

Before your fist session with me, I will have you fill out the Canadian Reiki Association Client Information Form.

This will give me an idea of what you would like to work on and will ensure that I have the information I need to help you on your journey.

Each session consists of:

  • 15 minutes to address any questions or concerns you may have about our session.

  • 1 hour of healing

  • 15 minutes to go over how you feel about how the session went and to pull a card to set some intentions for the future.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK AND WHAT KIND OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Healing sessions are booked upon receipt of payment. 

 

By purchasing a Reiki healing from me you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my Code of Ethics. 

 

I only accept payments through my website.

Credit Cards and PayPal are accepted.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

All cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance of booking date & time.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of booking date & time will receive full reimbursement.

All other cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of booking date & time will be subject to full charge and no reimbursement.
